Consumers. When a consumer schedules an appointment, they provide their name, telephone number, and email address. Consumers may choose to opt-in for promotion emails when scheduling an appointment. Schedapple may also collect and analyze from visitors and users certain information regarding the use of Schedapple's services and Schedapple site activity. Information collected may include but is not limited to web site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system, etc. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, administer the site, and improve the quality and types of service delivered.

The Way We Use Information

Business information is presented to consumers interested in scheduling appointments, and is used to authenticate business users during log-in and to charge the business for our services.

Business billing information is stored by a third party who provides us with billing services complying with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSIs).

Schedapple uses browser cookies to uniquely identify and recognize the computers of business users visiting our website, enhancing their experience on the website.

We may use your business information to contact you regarding your Schedapple account.

Consumer appointment information is provided to the business.

Schedapple will never sell, rent or share consumers' and business' personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission.

We must comply with laws requiring disclosure of data to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

If at some point Schedapple sells all or a portion of its assets, or merges with another entity, user information is an asset that may be transferred or acquired by a third party. Each business user has an unique login and password for accessing their consumers' and business information. The business user is responsible for the security of their login information.

We cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet, and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure of such information. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

Registered business users may modify their account information at any time by accessing the My Account and Settings sections when logged into the Schedapple Appointments Administration. Consumers should contact the business directly to update their records.

If you choose to cancel your Schedapple account, please be aware that Schedapple may for a time retain your business and client information in our backup copies of our database.
